Pregnenolone

Skip it. The only place it's ever worked is psychiatry, on top of real medication.

Fadogia agrestis

Skip Fadogia. The testosterone came from rats, and so did the testicular damage.

Estrogen

Don't crush your estradiol on TRT. Treat symptoms, not a number on a panel.

DHEA

Get your testosterone measured before you buy DHEA. It won't build you a body.

D-Aspartic Acid

Bin the D-aspartic acid. It won't raise testosterone in a trained man.

Butea superba

Judge it on erections. It's never going to raise your testosterone.

Bulbine natalensis

Skip Bulbine. The testosterone was in rats, and so was the liver damage.
