Who it's forA man who snores loudly, and a partner who is losing sleep over it.

When to see a doctor
  • Breathing that stops and starts in sleep, gasping or choking noises, or feeling sleepy in the day: it may be sleep apnea.
  • Lifestyle changes are not helping, or the snoring has a big impact on your life or your partner’s.
  • Headaches when you wake up, with very tired days, poor concentration or mood swings.
  • Falling asleep or fighting sleep while driving. Do not drive until the sleepiness is under control.
  • Blood pressure that stays high on medicine, or an irregular heartbeat that keeps coming back after treatment.
