When to see a doctor
  • Chest pain after using that is crushing, squeezing or spreading to the arm, neck or jaw: call 911 now. A racing or fluttering heart counts too.
  • A drooping face, a weak arm or slurred speech, even if it passes: call 911 now. Do not drive yourself.
  • Very hot, confused, not sweating, or muscles twitching or aching after using: an emergency. Cool them, and call 911.
  • A fit or seizure after using: call 911.
  • Someone who will not wake, is barely breathing or has blue lips: give naloxone if you have it, call 911, and stay with them.
  • Hearing voices, seeing things, or feeling sure people are against you: stop using and see your doctor today. If anyone may be at risk, call 911.
  • Any powder or pill can carry fentanyl, and white heroin is easily mistaken for cocaine: test every batch and never use alone.
  • Drinking every day as well, and shaking, sweating or feeling nauseous when you cut down: see a doctor before you stop drinking.
  • A heart condition or high blood pressure, or psychosis in you or your family: tell the doctor before any medicine on this page.

I am not a doctor. This is not medical advice. This is self-education. Every dose on this page is the one a trial or a label used, quoted from the source. It is not a prescription. Talk to a physician who has your history before anything in the With a doctor group.
