When to see a doctor
- No pregnancy after a year of regular sex without contraception: see your doctor together.
- Your partner is 36 or over, or either of you has a known risk, such as cancer treatment or a possible STI: see your doctor now, not at a year.
- A lump or swelling in a testicle, a heavy or hard scrotum, or an ache that will not go: see your doctor.
- You use or have used testosterone or anabolic steroids: tell your doctor before you try.
- Low mood most of the day, every day, for more than 2 weeks: see your doctor.
I am not a doctor. This is not medical advice. This is self-education. Every dose on this page is the dose a label or a trial used, quoted from it; it is not a prescription. Talk to a physician who has your results before you change a medication and before anything in the With a doctor group.
