Who it's forA man who finishes within a minute or two, or much sooner than he used to, and cannot hold it.

When to see a doctor

On tramadol, a seizure or slow, shallow breathing: call 911 or go to the ER.
An erection lasting more than 3 to 4 hours on an erection pill: get emergency care.
On dapoxetine, dizzy or faint: lie down with your head low at once, and tell the prescriber before the next dose.
Pain when you ejaculate or pee, burning, peeing more often, pain in the penis, testicles or butt, or a high temperature: see your doctor. It may be prostatitis.
Blood in your semen: see your doctor.
A racing or irregular heart, shaking, weight loss or feeling hot, with the fast finishing: see your doctor for a thyroid blood test.
Erection trouble as well: see your doctor or a sexual health clinic.
Fast finishing that keeps happening and bothers you: see your doctor.
