When to see a doctor
- Stuck on everything, not just the work, with no interest or enjoyment in anything most of the day, every day, for more than 2 weeks: see your doctor. It can be depression.
- Racing thoughts, a flood of ideas, little need for sleep and very high energy, then crashes: see your doctor. Extreme mood swings need a doctor.
- Struggling to cope with stress, or what you are trying is not helping: see your doctor.
- Drinking or using drugs to get ideas flowing: tell the doctor.
