“Train your pelvic floor, but find out if it's tight before you start squeezing.”

## Start today

1. Book a pelvic floor physical therapist assessment today and ask which half you're in.

## Why it works

The pelvic floor is voluntary skeletal muscle, so it responds to training like any other. Weak muscles get strengthened. Just as often, muscles held tight all the time get trained to relax, which is the half most people do not expect. Biofeedback exists because this muscle group is unusually hard to feel and easy to use the wrong way.
